1.4.1. Given separate consent to the transfer of data, the Subscriber has given his consent to the use of his contact data for direct marketing purposes, i.e. he will be sent marketing announcements using the contact data provided by him.

Customer's rights in relation to the use of data
1.12. The customer has the right to receive OÜ GENITEH information about the use of his data in the manner and to the extent provided by law;
1.13. The customer has the right to demand that OÜ GENITEH stop using its own data and correct, close and delete the data;
1.14. The subscriber has the right to accept or refuse the use of his data for direct marketing or marketing purposes;
1.15. The subscriber has the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate and the court for the protection of his rights.
